Patient presented with upper lip volume loss. She was treated with lip filler of just the upper lip to improve the lip volume under ultrasound guidance by the Kaya Team. Ultrasound is used in certain cases especially patients with thin lips to determine location of labial arteries for accurate placement of lip filler and to avoid any unwarranted adverse effects most importantly–vascular occlusion.The After image is immediately post procedure, note minimal bruising and edema of the lips.
