Patient presented with a downturned smile and corners of mouth. She received dermal filler treatment around the mouth corners to straighten the smile. The After Image is immediately post procedure. While Botox to the DAO muscle is a common practice to treat a downturned smile, placing fillers may be more accurate and with longer lasting results.
